Owner and manager David Lee has been in the auto industry for over 35 years. He will help you make decisions "in your best interests" based on his skilled knowledge, and based on your vehicle repair and personal needs. His goal is to return your damaged vehicle to pre-accident condition if not better.
Auto accidents and having a damaged vehicle are unplanned and unwanted events. We understand the frustrating and complicated ordeal that it can be. Dave listens to each customer's needs, extracts necessary information, and creates a bond to assist in all aspects of the repair process. Dave personally oversees all repairs of your vehicle from start to finish.
Each vehicle is disassembled - inspected for hidden and related damages. A supplement to the original estimate, if necessary, is completed by our shop and sent to the insurance company for approval. Once additional repairs are authorized by the vehicle owner and the insurance company, then the real work begins. Our repair process at Dave's is a little different than some other repair shops; we're not focused on how fast we can move the car through our shop, we're focused on thorough transformation of damaged areas back to previous, if not better, condition. We take the time necessary to do it right
Each manufactured vehicle has a color code and each color code has mutable color variances to choose from. Once the appropriate variance has been chosen for your vehicle, our shop then performs multiple test spray outs, tinting and adjusting color prior to any refinishing. Tinting and adjusting the paint color can sometimes take hours, we spend the time necessary to achieve the color match on your vehicle.
Your Car is ready for pick up... Yea! Every procedure involved in restoring you vehicle back to pre-accident condition has been quality checked along the way (not just at the end) but from first inspection to final wash and test drive.
